General Terms and Conditions

  1. This scratch card offer (“Offer”) is valid for purchases of 24 Mantra Low GI Rice made during the dates specified on the scratch card, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”) and is conducted by 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt Ltd. (“4MM”) on behalf of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited (“24 Mantra”)
  2. This Offer is applicable only to consumers (“you”, “your”) only in states of India as decided by 24 Mantra excluding the state of Tamil Nadu.
  3. Participation is voluntary; acceptance of the scratch card and/or submission of information including personal data by you shall be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. Each scratch card shall entitle you to avail of the cashback (as defined below) mentioned on it. You shall have to scratch the designated portion on the scratch card and unveil the cashback you are entitled to.
  5. This Offer entitles you to stand a chance to win the cashback up to Rs. 150/- ranging from Rs. 50/- to Rs. 150/- (“Cashback”). The Cashback shall be realized against the purchase of 24 Mantra Low GI Rice. Product also available without this offer.
  6. A maximum of 3 assured scratch card vouchers can be redeemed per mobile number and email during the Offer Period.
  7. The Offer is non-transferrable and neither 24 Mantra nor 4MM shall be held responsible in case the scratch card is stolen or misplaced.
  8. The Cashback can be claimed only by you and no one else can claim on your behalf.
  9. 24 Mantra reserves the right to change, defer, delay, alter or cancel this Offer in part or full that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and shall not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of 24 Mantra in this regard shall be final, binding and conclusive.
  10. 24 Mantra shall not be responsible or liable to perform any of its obligations under this Offer or provide the Cashback as a result of any circumstance beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate you for the same.
  11. You unconditionally and irrevocably permit 24 Mantra, 4MM or any other third party engaged by 24 Mantra to cover this Offer through various media and shall not raise any objection in this regard.
  12. 24 Mantra, without any intimation to you shall be at liberty to use your photographs, video, if any, and such other information for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in the future, without any consideration to you and you shall have no objection to the same.
  13. If the consumer has registered himself to the DND or Do not Call registry of the telecom provider then by participating in this Offer, he/she hereby consents to 4MM / 24 Mantra to contact him as per the terms of this Offer. However, such consumers may not receive any calls or messages.  In this case, 4MM or 24 Mantra. shall not be liable or responsible for in any manner whatsoever.
  14. Any costs associated with entering the Offer, including accessing the promotional website, shall be borne by the Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the Participant’s telecom operator in their respective circle.
  15. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of 24 Mantra, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, 24 Mantra through 4MM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
  16. Brand, 24 Mantra and 4MM reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, and without any liability.
  17. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the 4MM/Brand/ 24 Mantra which corrupt of affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, then 4MM/Brand and 24 Mantra reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign/Offer.
  18. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage 4MM’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, 4MM reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If 4MM suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify 4MM for those losses, damages, and costs.
  19. 4MM/ 24 Mantra will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers/prizes beyond the applicable period of the offer.
  20. 4MM/ 24 Mantra, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this Offer.
  21. All information provided by the Participant in relation to this Offer will be used by 24 Mantra and its authorized service providers to administer the Offer.
  22. By participating in this Offer, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein without any exception whatsoever. 
  23. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, 4 MM and 24 Mantra shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
  24. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God (including pandemic) or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company or 4MM. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the Company or 4MM. 4MM shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
  25. The offers are ongoing till the specified validity date. 4MM cannot be held responsible if an outlet is closed temporarily or permanently during the scratch card validity period or at any point in time fails to honour the scratch card.
  26. Offer made by participating establishments may not be used in conjunction with any other offer that is in force. Terms and conditions may vary for each participating brand.
  27. All coupons are promotional offers & subject to stock and availability. Packs without the promotional offer may be available as well.
  28. Any disputes or differences in connection with this scratch card offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
  29. I, hereby authorize Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited (24 Mantra)/ 4 Minute Mile Pvt. Ltd. (4MM) to contact me. This authorization will override my registry on the NCPR. By providing my contact details I have expressly authorized 4 MM to contact me in the future through calls /SMS/ E-Mails with regards to their services.
  30. 4MM accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of scratch card codes, is not liable for any personal loss or injury, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this program.
  31. Brand, 4MM and 24 Mantra shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the redemption of the scratch card.
  32. The usage of the offers is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the scratch card code holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the scratch card code holder and purchaser.

 

 

Terms and Conditions – Cashback:

  1. This Promo entitles the Participant to the Cashback in their bank account via UPI/ NEFT 
  2. The Participant will be responsible for entering correct details such as UPI ID, Account No, online wallet mobile nos., etc. Organizer/Organizing Partner will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the Promo Platform or the resulting loss or failure to receive the Cashback due to incorrect details. No change in details will be entertained once the Participants have submitted their details. 
  3. All Participants agree that UPI partner offering this Promo may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the Pack Codes and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of Pack Codes by the Participants. 
  4. The UPI partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. 
  5. In the event of any fraud detection, the UPI partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Cashback at any time during the Promo Period. 
  6. The UPI partner reserves the right to restrict Cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity. 
  7. Organizer and Organizing Partner shall not be held liable for technical issues including but not limited to Participant’s KYC being incomplete, account not being active, login issues, account being blocked etc. relating to the redemption of the Pack Code.

How to participate & redeem:

  1. Scratch the scratch panel on the card to reveal the Unique Code.
  2. Scan the QR code on the card or visit the microsite: https://24mantra.theofferclub.in/ and register by sharing your Name, Mobile with OTP, City, Unique Code (printed on card), enter your UPI/ NEFT details and fill captcha and submit.
  3. Post submission, scratch the digital scratch panel on the microsite to reveal the reward value won.
  4. The cashback won is credited within 24-48 hours subject to valid details submitted.
